Erskine Community Museum continues to expand.
The display which is situated just inside the entrance to Bargarran Community Centre currently features a selection of photographs historical and more recent.

We have received communication from Renfrewshire Council that the Erskine consultation event originally scheduled for 30 May 2024 requires to be postponed until after the general election.
They are considering revised timescales for the consultation event following the election and will keep us updated.

Renfrewshire Council will be holding a public consultation event on Thursday 30 May at Erskine Sports Centre from 2pm to 7pm.
Council officers have been working to develop proposals for public realm and greenspace enhancements as part of a review of the Centre Strategy for Erskine.
As part of this, they are holding a public consultation where residents can speak to officers about the plans and provide their feedback.

Renfrewshire Council are currently preparing a new Local Development Plan which will shape the council's areas of investment and focus in Renfrewshire over the next 10 years.
They have released 2 separate surveys to help inform the plan:

Both surveys will close on 31 May 2024.
If you feel that Erskine lacks amenities and is in need of development, we strongly encourage you to submit your views and ideas so that Erskine receives the focus it deserves over the coming decade.

Erskine & District Rotary and Erskine Community Council are happy to announce that the โrealโ Santa Claus is coming to town on Friday the 24th of November.
Come and visit Santa at the Christmas Lights Switch On at Bridgewater Shopping Centre.
Get into the Christmas spirit with Santaโs Grotto, stalls, music, choirs, tombola and food. Santaโs elves will also be collecting letters to Santa from the children.
The fun starts at 6:45 p.m. and the Lights will be switched on by 3 local children and Santa at 7:15 p.m. The event is planned to finish around 8:00 p.m.
To make this event a success we are needing volunteers from the community to be marshals at the events. Please PM us if you are free to volunteer at the above days/times.
